Ticket sales launch Friday, August 29, for the highly anticipated 2025 Lake Oconee Showcase of Homes. Brought to you Saturday, October 25, 2025 in partnership with Presenting Partner, Reynolds Lake Oconee, this self-guided tour gives ticket holders an exclusive opportunity to step inside five architecturally stunning residences, all located within the gates of Reynolds Lake Oconee. Two of these extraordinary homes, Luxury Oasis and Charmed Shore, are situated in The Homestead at Reynolds Lake Oconee, one of the most prestigious and rarely accessible communities at Lake Oconee, making this year’s event especially unique.
This year’s showcase presents five extraordinary homes, along with a sixth home reserved for top-tier sponsors:
Timeless Edge – A bold, edgy design meets classic architectural lines to create a refined retreat.

More than a tour of luxury homes, the Showcase is a community-driven event with a lasting impact. Every ticket sold, sponsorship secured, and auction bid placed directly supports Greene County Habitat for Humanity and its mission to provide safe, affordable housing for families in Greene County, Georgia.
Since 2018, the Showcase has helped fund the construction of 12 new homes and the rehabilitation of 10 others, offering stability and hope to hardworking families. This year, the goal is to raise the funds necessary to build five more homes in 2026, continuing a legacy of transformation, one home and one family at a time.
