Your receipt is your ticket!
Your receipt will have all the details - your ticket receipt, which will be emailed to you upon purchase, will have all the following details:
Your name.
The number of tickets purchased.
Home tour sequence number (Excludes tour order details. Those details will be sent via email on October 23, 2025).
Please print a copy to bring with you, or be prepared to show the receipt on your phone for access to each home.

Please review our important Tour Guidelines. You will be asked to accept these guidelines at purchase.
Ticket Details
Tour Sequences. All tickets will be sold as a tour sequence. This determines a specific order in which you will visit the five Showcase homes.
Start Time. There is no specified start time. You may start your tour sequence at any time between 9 am and 5 pm. We suggest allowing plenty of time to view the five Showcase homes.
When will I receive my Tour Sequence details? You will receive this information via email on October 23rd. No additional details will be provided until that time.
Where am I going on the day of the event? You will receive this information via email on October 23rd. No additional details will be provided until that time.
The in-person Showcase homes are located inside Reynolds Lake Oconee in Greensboro, Georgia.
Tickets are $100 each.
Tours are held rain or shine.
Advance ticket purchases are required. Tickets will not be sold on the day of the event.
No children under the age of 12, including infants and toddlers, are allowed to tour the Showcase homes. Persons aged 12-17 are allowed admittance to the Showcase but must be accompanied by an adult. Every person attending must have a ticket.
No strollers or large backpacks.
No refunds are available for Showcase tickets. If a purchaser is unable to attend or chooses not to attend, the ticket purchase can be converted into a tax-deductible donation to Greene County Habitat for Humanity, a 501(c)(3) organization.

Tour Ticket Frequently Asked Questions
Where are my tickets? Your receipt from your original purchase is your ticket. You received this email in your inbox immediately following your original purchase. To find the receipt with your tickets (which includes the number of tickets and tour sequence), you may search your email for 'Greene County Habitat' or 'info@lakeoconeeshowcaseofhomes.org'. You can also search for keywords: "Habitat Tour Sequence". Please also check your spam folder.
What if I cannot find my purchase receipt with my tickets? Please use the Contact Us form on the website and select 'In-Person Tours' as the message reason. Let us know if you need your purchase receipt with your ticket information, and we will resend it to you.
Do I have to show my ticket receipt on the day of the event? Yes. Please print and bring a copy of your receipt or have it ready to display on your mobile phone. Security and our docents will verify tickets upon arrival at each house.
Do I need to follow my Tour Sequence? Yes! This ensures a smooth visit throughout the day. Our volunteer docents will monitor the capacity of each home. If a house is at capacity, you may have to wait several minutes to be granted admission into the home.
When will I get more details about my Tour Sequence? The ticket holder who purchased the ticket(s) will receive an email on October 23rd with all of the Tour Sequence information for Saturday's In-Person tours. These emails will include links to a webpage with all the necessary tour day information. You may print the map and information, or you may reference it on your phone throughout the day. Feel free to share this link with others in your party. However, only attendees with a valid ticket receipt will be allowed access to the homes.
When and where can I start touring the homes? There is no specific start time for the tour of the homes. The houses are open from 9 am to 5 pm. You may start any time at or after 9 am and must be completed by 5 pm.
I bought tickets for several people. Do we have to tour together? Yes, all parties must tour together with the person who has the receipt with the tickets.
There is no address for the homes. For the privacy of our homeowners, we do not share addresses. You will have access to a Tour Day webpage with a map and other information to help you navigate on the day of the event.
Where am I going on the day of the event? You will receive this information via email on October 23rd. No additional details will be provided until that time.
What if I get lost? An abundance of signage and attendants will ensure a safe and easy arrival at each home.
Dining Experiences Available for Ticket Holders
Dining Experience 1: Richland Pointe
Hours: 11 AM - 3 PM
Available only for ticket holders on Saturday, October 25th.
Ticket holders (including complimentary Sponsor ticket holders) have exclusive access to Reynolds Lake Oconee’s Richland Pointe restaurant for lunch. You must present your ticket to gain access to Richland Pointe amenities.
Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
No reservations will be taken by Richland Pointe.
All people in your party must be Showcase ticket holders and be present to be seated.
Consider enjoying lunch or a drink at the bar before or after your home tour.
The cost of lunch or a drink at the bar is not included in the cost of your ticket. Plan to use a credit card or your Reynolds Member account (all levels) to pay. No member discounts will apply during this special event.

Dining Experience 2: The National Tavern
Hours: 11 AM - 3 PM

Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
No reservations will be taken by The National Tavern.
The cost of lunch or a drink at the bar is not included in the cost of your ticket. Plan to use a credit card or your Reynolds Member account (all levels) to pay.

Q: Can I pay for my Showcase ticket by cash or check?
A: No. All ticket sales are through the ticketing website. Click Here to purchase tickets.
Q: My plans changed. Can I get a refund?
A: No. Refunds cannot be accommodated. If a purchaser is unable to attend or chooses not to attend, the ticket purchase can be converted to a tax-deductible donation. Greene County Habitat for Humanity is a 501(c)(3).
Q: I am a Sponsor. Do I need to buy a ticket?
A: No, your Sponsorship includes a specific number of complimentary tickets. Separate communications were sent to Sponsors regarding their tickets on August 29, 2025. Contact us if you have any questions.
