  • For the most accurate Ticket information, please visit our Ticket page.

General Guidelines

  • Follow the Tour Sequence for your ticket. Help us ensure everyone has a great day. Your ticket purchase will determine your tour sequence through the five Showcase homes. Following the defined order helps us minimize your wait times at each house.

  • Event time. There is no specified start time and all homes will be open from 9am to 5pm (no exceptions).

  • Provided shoe coverings (booties) are required. You will receive one pair of booties at your first home. Please keep these with you for use at the other homes.

    • If you wish to take your shoes off, please have clean socks available to wear. No bare feet allowed inside any of the homes.

  • Every person attending must have a ticket. No children under the age of 12, including infants and toddlers, are allowed to tour the Showcase homes. Persons age 12-17 are allowed admittance to the Showcase but must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Stay with your ticket purchaser. If one person purchased tickets for multiple visitors, please stay together as a group to make access easier at each home.

  • No strollers or large backpacks.

  • No photography allowed inside Showcase homes.

  • No food or drink allowed in any of the Showcase homes.

  • No pets (no exceptions).

  • Bathrooms will not be accessible in the Showcase homes. Please refer to the Showcase map for bathroom locations.

  • No smoking in or on the property of the Showcase homes.

  • Please refrain from sitting on any furniture in the Showcase homes.

  • Please be respectful and do not touch anything inside or outside the Showcase homes, except handrails. This includes, but is not limited to surfaces, furniture, and accessories in the Showcase homes.

Bring your Receipt

  • You will need to bring a copy of your receipt (printed or show on your phone).

  • The ticket will include your name, number of tickets, and home sequence number (Excludes tour order details. Those details will be sent on October 23, 2025).

Accessibility

  • There will be parking volunteers to guide you to parking at each home — please do not park on the lawns of any neighbors or homeowners.

  • Showcase homes are private properties and are not accessible to those using wheelchairs or walkers.
