Welcome to the tour of homes! On this page, you’ll find all the information you need for the day. Here are some brief reminders:
Sponsor tickets are available for pickup at Bend the Trend on Friday (11am - 6pm) or Saturday (10am - 3pm).

Your paper ticket is needed for entry into each home. Please bring it with you. (or show ticket receipt on your phone)
Please start at the home listed first on your sequence below.

Bathrooms will not be accessible in the Showcase homes. Please refer to the Showcase map for bathroom locations.

Your sequence begins at The Homesteads Homes
Set navigation to: 1580 Hatchers Run, Greensboro, GA 30642
Once on Hatchers Run, signage will direct you toward the Showcase homes. Gate Code: 4589#
The second part of your tour begins at the main Reynolds Gate, GPS: 2200 Linger Longer Road, Greensboro, GA 30642.
Lunch Options
Dining Experience 1: Richland Pointe
Hours: 11 AM - 3 PM
Available only for ticket holders on Saturday, October 25th.
Ticket holders (including complimentary Sponsor ticket holders) have exclusive access to Reynolds Lake Oconee’s Richland Pointe restaurant for lunch. You must present your ticket to gain access to Richland Pointe amenities.
Seating is available on a first come, first serve basis.
No reservations will be taken by Richland Pointe.
All people in your party must be a Showcase ticket holder and be present to be seated.
Consider enjoying lunch or a drink at the bar before or after your home tour.
The cost of lunch or a drink at the bar is not included in the cost of your ticket. Plan to use a credit card or your Reynolds Member account (all levels) to pay. No member discounts will apply during this special event.

Hours: 11 AM - 3 PM

To-Go Orders can be placed through The Tavern on their app or over the phone.

No reservations will be taken by The National Tavern.
